Contests

Contests can be used to create programs where individuals or teams compete against each other and earn rewards based on rank.

For example, you could set up a campaign where your top salespeople get rewarded:

  • $20 for 1st place
  • $15 for 2nd place
  • $10 for 3rd place

Single Target

Single Target campaigns can be used for incentives where employees have one goal to complete in a given time period.

For example, you could set up a campaign where:

  • 10 tasks must be completed by the end of the week to earn $5

Multi-Target

Multi-Target can be used for incentives where employees have multiple goals to complete in a given time period and each goal has a varying reward value.

For example, you could set up a campaign where:

  • Training 1 earns you $5
  • Training 2 earns you $10
  • Training 3 earns you $15

Step

Step can be used for incentives where employees earn every time they complete an action, and there isn’t a cap on the number they can complete.

For example, you could set up a campaign where:

  • You earn $5 for every 3 tasks completed

Anniversary

Work Anniversary incentives are great for driving employee retention, as they are rewarded for various milestones.

For example, you could reward employees:

  • $10 for reaching 6 months
  • $20 for reaching 1 year
  • $50 for reaching 2 years

Birthday

Birthday incentives are great for making employees feel recognized and valued.

For example, you could reward employees:

  • $50 each year on their birthday

Ascending Range

Ascending Range can be used for incentives where employees can achieve tiered goals that go up in value.

For example, you could set up a campaign where achieving:

  • $1-5K in sales earns you $100
  • $5-10K earns you $500
  • $10K+ in sales earns you $1,000

Descending Range

Descending Range can be used for incentives where employees can achieve tiered goals that go down in value.

For example, you could set up a campaign where:

  • 20+ errors in your work earns you $0
  • 10-20 errors earns you $10
  • 0-10 errors earns you $25
