What is SocialCrowd?
SocialCrowd is an employee incentive platform that automatically tracks employee progress towards goals, reminds them of the work they have left, and rewards them instantly – so you can save time and stay focused!
How do I log in to SocialCrowd?
Visit SocialCrowd and login using your email and password.
- If it’s your first time logging in, follow the instructions in the welcome email to activate your account by resetting your password.

What should I do after I log in?
After logging in, make sure to update your phone number in your settings. This is important for receiving notifications.
What should I do if I forget my password?

If you notice any issues like a missing crowd, missing points, or incorrect access, please contact your manager or your SocialCrowd admin for assistance.
What are crowds?
Crowds represents the team(s) that you’re a part of. Crowds are assigned to campaigns, in which you can earn points and redeem rewards for.
What are campaigns?
Campaigns are incentive programs with customized goals and rewards designed to engage and motivate team members like you!
What are rewards?
Rewards are points that have been earned from achieving goals set within your campaigns that can be redeemed for rewards such as digital gift cards and other gifts designed by your admins!
How do I earn points?
Points are earned through participation in team activities. Keep an eye out for communication from your manager(s) about upcoming opportunities to earn points.
How can I check my points?
Log into your SocialCrowd account and visit the Wallet section on your dashboard to see your current balance.
How do I redeem my points?
Go to the Rewards section on the dashboard to browse available gift cards and redeem your points from your wallet.
Can I receive a physical gift card?
SocialCrowd only supports digital gift cards, which will be delivered via email once you redeem your points. However, you can add the digital gift cards to your apple/android wallet to use the gift card in-person.
What is the maximum amount I can redeem?
You can redeem up to $50 per month from your wallet. This limit ensures everyone has a fair opportunity to earn and redeem.
- NOTE: You can continue to earn points even when you have hit your limit however, it is best to continue to redeem as you approach your limit to make the most out of your hard work!
(Admins Only) How can I view the redemption history across my organization?
To view redemption history, go to the Admin Dashboard, and navigate to the Redemption History tab, where you can track what gift cards have been redeemed and by whom.
(Admins Only) How can I manage user access levels?
In the Admin Settings under User Management, you can update user roles, change access levels, or deactivate users who are no longer part of your organization.
