By redeeming rewards through the SocialCrowd platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Gift Card Redemption

All gift card redemptions are final and non-transferable. Once redeemed, gift cards cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned. Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing merchant and may have expiration dates or usage restrictions as outlined by Tremendous. By using SocialCrowd, you acknowledge and agree that a 3% processing fee will be applied to all invoices paid via credit card or ACH transfer, in addition to any other applicable charges.

Tax Obligations

Gift card redemptions through SocialCrowd may be subject to tax obligations as determined by your employer or account administrator. SocialCrowd does not calculate, manage, or deduct taxes for redeemed rewards. Any tax liabilities incurred from gift card redemptions are the sole responsibility of the user and may vary based on individual tax status or employer policies.

We recommend consulting your account administrator or a tax professional for any questions regarding tax implications related to redeeming gift cards or other rewards through SocialCrowd.

Responsibility of Account Administrator

SocialCrowd relies on your account administrator to provide accurate information regarding any applicable taxes or deductions on redeemed rewards. Any changes to tax reporting or deduction policies will be communicated by your account administrator, and it is your responsibility to stay informed of these changes.

Changes to Redemption Terms

SocialCrowd reserves the right to update or change these redemption terms and conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page with the effective date of the change.
